| Hey, we're looking for a housemate to live with us in our apartment in Southbank.
The apartment is in a building called The Sentinel, corner of Kavanagh St and Power St. It is super close to everything, including on-ramps and off-ramps to the Monash Freeway to/from both directions.
We're both 27 and work in IT so naturally you'll be able to watch any and all TV shows/movies with us on either a 60" plasma or a projector :)
The apartment has a two-drawer dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine, dryer… everything you might expect. We have a balcony with a great view. There is a gym, tennis court, two lane lap pool and BBQ area on the facilities level. We have a rubbish chute (forget about bin night) and a concierge (forget about going to the get your parcel from Australia Post cause no one was home to sign for it).
The room is roughly 3m x 3.6m with a spacious full length mirror sliding door closet. The room faces pretty much bang on south east and has a lovely view.
The room includes a car spot. It’s a double length car spot that you’d be sharing with me. You’ll also be sharing a bathroom with toilet and shower-over-bath with me.
We’re pretty easy going so if you’re somewhat similar I’m sure we’ll get along. Drop us a line if you’re interested. |
