| Hi there!
We have a room for rent in our Annandale house in the week commencing 16th March.
We are 3 twenty-six year old young professionals with full time jobs and have been living in our brilliant place for about 2 years. Sadly, our fourth amigo is bailing on us to travel the world.
SO this means there is space for YOU
The room is 3m x 4m, unfurnished, with floorboards. The house has 4 bedrooms, one modern bathroom, two toilets, modern kitchen, backyard, and garage. The whole place is fully furnished (except your bedroom) so you really only need to bring yourself and a fun disposition.
The boys tell me it's important to note that there is side yard cricket played also...but if you're a girl like me or don't care about cricket then this detail is superfluous.
The room is $225 per week + $15 per month for internet + $19 per month for Foxtel. We are a 1 minute walk to the buses on Parramatta Road, an 8 minute walk to Stanmore train station, a 1 minute walk to the Empire Hotel, and a 3 minute walk to the Annandale Hotel.
We are a fairly social house, but we also work full time so no raging parties during the week. Socialising on the weekend is acceptable, and also encouraged.
