| I am moving out of a lovely 2 storey townhouse in Mont Albert north to live with my partner. It is great value for money rent wise. Clean, open plan with 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom & separate toilet, open kitchen/lounge/dinning, laundry, toilet downstairs also. Next to a park & has a small balcony. 5 min drive to doncaster westfield. Bus stop out the front to the city or 3k's to surrey hills or box hill train station. Currently has 2 housemates a male & female between 25-35, both very easy going & keep the house clean. Looking for someone who is employed full time, no students please. I have spent the last 5 years here & it is a lovely house & area. If this sounds like a place you would like to live send me a message so you can come & have a look.
