| FLATMATE WANTED - The unit is brand new. It has open plan kitchen and dining/living area with small private courtyard and front balcony. A good sized queen bedroom with inbuilt wardrobe. Bedrooms are carpeted and own bathroom. There is a spare room available to use as a shared study, etc. The place is fully furnished except the bedroom. Shared electricity bill and internet.
The unit is located in a very convenient, safe location with only 1 min walk to Carseldine Train/bus station so no need for a car. If you drive there is open parking.
I work as a full time as a electrical apprentice so I'm available for inspections mostly after hours and weekends. I'm a quiet & easy going guy who is clean & tidy. I enjoy going to the gym, running, music, going to the movies, I like having a laugh and socialising with friends.
Smoking outside is ok.
Students and singles welcome. Sorry, but no pets are permitted, which is a shame!!
