| Up for rent is my room in this great little townhouse on the fringe of the city. 5 bedroom place and only 4 occupants there is a spare room for your friends and family when they want to stay.
kitchen located towards the back of the house, perfect location to the entertaining area underneath the shade of the tree. This town house has a car space and there is plenty of street parking that is not a problem to find with a permit. 269 Rathdown street is opposite Carlton gardens and half a block from the Imax theater. So you don get much closer to the CBD without being in it. the place is fully furnished and you just need stuff for your room. there are two bathrooms one up stairs and one downstairs.
The people living here are Aaron, Imogen and Emma. Imogen and Emma are both professionals who work 9-5 and then mostly out doing activities like coffee, a few drinks, beach volleyball just to name a few. Aaron works and studies and loves a BBQ in the entertaining area. There will be a change from Aaron to a lovely couple in a few months. of course this will bring your rent down even further.
