| Detailed Description |
| Due to another flatmate soon to be moving out, we have a single room available for rent from 8 February 2014.
You'll be sharing the apartment with an easy going couple and another male who are all employed full time and are friendly and inclusive people, and would prefer if you are also sociable :)
Rent is $700 per calendar month and paid by the 8th of each month.
Bond is $800.00 and is required to be paid on the day you move in, as is your first months rent.
Utilities (Electricity and Water) are paid quarterly and are approximately between $200-$220 for electricity and $70-$80 for water per person based on the past 9 months average bills.
What we are looking for: Someone who is stable, pays their rent and bills on time, and who is prepared to contribute to household cleaning where it is needed. You must be sociable, fun and ideally not averse to having a drink. We keep a tidy home and expect that you are equally tidy and respect the facilities that are provided for you.
The room is unfurnished, but all other aspects of the home are included, as we have a TV, sofa and required kitchenware should you like to cook at home! A washing machine is available in the apartment, but a dryer is provided in the laundry facilities downstairs.
The complex has a gym and BBQ area on site, as well as a washing machine and dryer facilities if you need them, and this apartment has a unique, uninterrupted view of the city. Very close to public transport - Routes 1 and 112 trams (both go to the city), as well as bus services 903, 513 and 527 which take you to Doncaster, Chadstone and Northland if needed
