$155 a week including all bills + we all chip in for spa maintenance

House has all boys and one girl, we call her mum!
Chris is a musician and hipster
Aden is like a puppy
James is cynical and sweet all rolled in to one.
Ben is mums partner and is super quiet unless you get him talking about physics... Also he is a ninja... Literally
It would be more confortable for a boy as you will be sharing a bathroom with boys. But if your a girl and happy with that please still contact me.
Ages from 20-25 at the moment
We have a Cat, Bran. He is a pretty sweet cat as things go... But he will try and get you to feed him. All the time. If you have a pet the grounds are not sealed off and there is no way to do so... So probably no dogs but another cat might be ok... Just ask.
The room is not huge but it has built ins.
The internet is Telstra cable.
The house is on a hill so there is 3 levels to it meaning there is heaps of communal area to not be to in each others face. The house works because we all mostly spend our free time on our computers. Occasionally though we have a family board game night. You can hermit or join. James mostly hermits, he is in a serious relationship with DOTA.
The house has a defence mechanism called drive way from hell. Its pretty steep. So if that's going to be a no go for you then walk away now.
