| One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment. Close to the intersection of Sydney Rd and Brunswick Rd. The apartment has a living area, one bathroom and a laundry. I have a fridge and a washing machine. I would consider getting a couch when my current housemate leaves and takes hers with her. The room will be available as of the 20th when the new rent cycle starts. It is a medium sized bedroom which fits a double bed and desk comfortably, and it has a built in wardrobe.
I'm 25 years old. I'm a pretty quiet introverted person who reads and writes most of the time when at home. Sometimes I have friends over to watch horror films. I have left wing attitudes and I'm a vegetarian. I like the house to be clean, no food on the floor, no greasy fridge handle, that kind of thing. I teach English to adults for money.
I'd like to live with someone who is very open minded (because of my political views and my eclectic taste in literature, art, film and music.) I don't mind if you eat meat as long as you understand why people choose not too. I'm a part time smoker who is open to smoking indoors or not smoking indoors. You've got to be clean. No emotionally needy people: don't expect me to chat with you over wine in the evening. However if we really get along I guess that could happen.
