The apartment is conveniently located near public transport with a tram stop some 150 meters and Prahran Station a short (couple of minutes) walk from the front door.
The apartment currently has some furniture, but if you have your own furniture, this can be accommodated. The current housemate is also selling all of the furniture in her room and this can be acquired by you.
I am looking for a young professional that is clean, neat and respectful. This is not a party house.
