| Hey, my name is Tania, I am 27 year old Kiwi that moved to Melbourne in March 2013. I am looking for a room in Melbourne CBD or inner suburbs. Suburb preferences are: South Melbourne, Southbank, South Yarra, Prahran, Port Melbourne. I am currently in a 2-bedroom flat in Port Melbourne, and my flatmates are leaving to go travelling at the end of January 2014 so i have decided to look for another place to move into before then. I am tidy and clean, Im a bubbly, social person, that loves to socialise with the flatmates over a flat dinner, or drink or two, but i also give my flatmates space, and have my own time. I work full-time on St Kilda Road, and love to socialise with my friends in the evenings and on weekends, and like to go to the gym. My ideal rent would be between $175-$200, but happy to pay up to a maximum of $240-$250 depending on location and flat. I currently pay $175 per week.
