| Detailed Description |
| I rent a house in Mt Martha with an amazing view of the bay. There is a bungalow I am hoping to rent out which has a bedroom and lounge but no view of the bay. There is no bathroom or kitchen so we would need to share that in the house. The house is fully furnished and you would be welcome to use the sauna, could have your own fridge and a shelf of the freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances/crockery, gas cooking, and BBQ. I have 2 pet budgies in the laundry. Am happy to rent it to an individual or couple. There is currently a bed and couch in the bungalow which you would be welcome to use if you like. All bills would need to be split. |
