| Hey there, my name is Caitlin, I am a 28 year old female working full time in property. I am looking for a nice place to share in South Yarra/Toorak/Prahran areas with people who are laid back, clean and have a good sense of humour!
I have a beautiful 1.5 year old Burmese cat named Snickers. He is very affectionate and well behaved. He spends most of his time sleeping.
I have all of my own bedroom furniture and also can share a couch and some kitchen stuff with the house if needed (if not it can go into storage).
I am very clean and tidy, reliable with bills and having lived in share houses for the past 9 years I think I have a pretty good understanding on how to live peacefully with others! I love to socialise with housemates but also understand the importance of having your own space and downtime. Ideally I'd like to live with people I get along with well and can form friendships with.
In my spare time I like to go to the gym, go to gigs, make travel plans, catch up with friends, cook, and check out nice restaurants and bars. I'm a bit past my wild party days now but do like to have a few drinks with friends on the weekends. I also do some freelance PR work so that takes up a bit of my time.
I would like to move in around early-mid February. Willing and able to pay bond and first months rent up front. |
