Bedrooms are not furnished, but the majority of the house is (I don't own a TV!).
Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and is included in the bills estimate below.
Rent is approx $250 per fortnight per person
Bills are approx $50 per fortnight per person
Rent and bills (above) are based off a 3 tenant household.
Bills include internet, electricity, gas and water.
I am looking for people to rent spare double bedrooms. 2 studies are also available.
1 room available ASAP. 1 room available mid-late November.
Property is a 3 bed, 1 bath, 2 study, large rooms, large back yard, and has a pond in the patio area. Ample street parking. Quiet area.
Perfect for a student, or a professional, or anyone who enjoys a relaxed, clean, and easy going household.
