| Hi.
There is one bedroom avaliable in 2 bedroom apartment in Southbank.The unit is insde GuilFoyle building which was was opened 6 months ago.
The building has facilities such as a large indoor pool, Gym and BBQ area. 7 minutes walking to queens bridge and swanston street. You can check it on the map to compare all distances.
You will share this apartment with only one person (me) who is 33 years, male, studying satellite navigation at university of melbourne. This will add extra privacy to you. You don't need to keep yourself inside your room. This might happen if you rent units with 3 or 4 bedrooms with couples and extra room mates. You will surely find empty Sofa to watch your movie :) No one harms.
Each person will have his own room and each room has ensuite bathroom. This will be quite convinient.
The unit is furnished with all neccessary furnitures. All furnitures are new. The balcony has chairs and BBQ as well.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed and mattress which comes with new good quality quilt and pillow as well. It also has a desk.
Male/Female/Professionals/Students are welcome to apply.
This unit may not be suitable for couples.
Minimum term for rent is 3 months.
Weekly rent is set at 300$ per week. The rent is exclusive of utilities. We only pay for water and electricity. No Gas bills for cooking in this building.
The bond will be equal to 4 weeks rent.
One month rental will be paid upfront.
I am also planning to apply for Fiber Optic internet which is the fastest internet in Australia. This is not ADSL internet which you can see in all ads.
