| We are seeking a male/female in early 30's + to share our home with. You will be living with;
Corey (male): Yoga Teacher, dude, tells stories
Gosia (female): Gallery technician/ gardener/ dudette/ rides skateboards
We are looking for a independent, conscious, friendly person who likes to live in a quiet and creative environment and who share a similar lifestyle
- we're not TV watchers but love good quality films/ download TV series
- Eat healthy (organicly driven)
- Yoga/Meditate/ bike ride/ skateboard/ swim / gardening/ and more...we like to have a laugh and have fun too!!!
- Mature minded & domesticated
- one of us smokes rolly tobacco occasionally but doesn't 'smell' of cigarette smoke... the other doesn't smoke at all & would prefer a non-smoker.
We are offering a beautiful medium sized room with a north facing garden view, with built in wardrobes. Room comes unfurnished.
All amenities here in a modern home - washing machine/ fridge/ warm gas heater/ cool air-conditioner. Modern home on a nice quiet leafy street.
We have a lovely L-shaped courtyard where we grow tomatos, herbs and beautiful plants.
We are 7 minutes walk to High Street 86 tram/ 12 minute walk to Croxton Train Station - Rent = $696.45 pcm
