| Massive room available to rent in a huge two bedroom, one bathroom sharing with a professional male in his mid twenties. The apartment is modern, clean and very spacious with an awesome housemate. It is located on the top floor of a small block of six and has street parking available (with a permit).
The apartment is located on the border of Rushcutters Bay, Potts Point and Darlinghurst. Close to Victoria St cafe strip, two minutes to kings cross station and everything on your doorstep including Rushcutters Bay park.
Your housemate, Alee Hadaya (you can now stalk him on FB), is quite social and fun but doesn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment. He likes to keep active, eating and a nice glass of red. He is quite clean and tidy and very respectful of my space and even gets my washing off the line when I'm not home.
The room is $300 per week (bills aren’t included but are payable quarterly and extremely cheap) and available after August 25th (though dates are flexible).
This apartment is definitely not one to be missed!
