| I am a 29 yr old business professional working in Sydney CBD. I've lived at this location for the last 30 months, and my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend. Please email me at my Gmail address or call to inquire.
Location: AMAZING, with a great view of the Manly harbour and the Wharf.
Public Transport: 5 minute stroll down the harbour side beach in Manly gets you to the ferry or the buses.
I am a very easy going guy. I'm clean, I tend to be out more than I am home, and do travel for work at least every other week.
The apartment is big, plenty of space in the available bedroom, with a great living area, porches facing the water (wonderful sunsets) and a great clean kitchen and bathroom. Shower pressure is great! We have a garage that is almost big enough to fit 2 cars. I do not have a car, and we use some for storage (surf boards, golf clubs, etc). If you have a car, you can keep your car there.
