| Detailed Description |
| We have 2 rooms for rent in this 3 bedroom house. One room is available now, the other will be available in 3 weeks when my other house mate moves out. The room that is currently available will be unfurnished, except for a wardrobe and desk. Although a bed can be arranged. It is 3.9 metres by 3.6 metres.
The other room will also be unfurnished except for a wardrobe and its of a similar size to the previous room's measurements.
We're very close to the Greensborough plaza and shops, 10 minute walk to train station & we have a bus stop at the top of our street.
The rent is $530 a month which includes high speed unlimited internet and a gardener,
Bills aren't included. The average cost of bills per person is roughly $60 a month.
The bond is $200. We're living here on a month to month basis. This house will be demolished in about 8-9 months time, so suits short term stay. We will receive 2-3 months notice before its due to be demolished so we have time to find elsewhere to live.
This is a private rental property, I am not the landlord but I deal directly with him.
Currently living here is one guy (me, 31) and one female (27), who is moving out soon due to lack of funds.
We're friendly and respect your privacy. We would like someone who is the same as well as reliable, clean, mature and responsible. We're not partying type of people and would appreciate the same.
Ultimately, we would like to find someone who we get along really well with and develop a friendship with.
We don't mind pets as long as they don't bite and are toilet trained.
Due to problems with a previous house mate whom I kicked out, people who have references will be preferred and this is not a first come first served basis. We will choose who we feel fits in well with us and who we feel comfortable with. Finally we will NOT tolerate drug users.
