| Hello,
Looking for a housemate to take the main bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. The place and room are great. Right opposite Caulfield Park, tram right outside and 5 minute walk to Malvern Train Station. The room is huge with its own bathroom and balcony overlooking Caulf Park.
You'd be moving in with two professionals (male) who like to keep the place neat and tidy, quiet during the week and reasonably sociable on the weekends. We are looking for female because in our experience it has worked well and is a nice balance.
