Townhouse has wifi, private courtyard, 10 mins drive from city centre and 5 min walk to anzac highway where buses go directly into the city every 5 to 10mins. Direct buses to North Terrace (UniSA and University of Adelaide) which only takes 15mins. Rent is $155pw + bills. Room available 29th of July but can be made available earlier if need be. Room has large built in robes and a shared bathroom with one other housemate. Bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs is open living lounge room, kitchen and extra room which is just used for storage at the moment. House has single garage and a carport. |
