| Hey all,
We are looking for a new flat mate in a very young easy going house. Ideally you'll be:
* A young student, traveller or bar worker as majority of people here are (although it's not a necessary).
* be easy going, clean and willing to help out (very necessary)
* not mind a bit of noise at 3am every now and again (not often!). We don't have parties here or anything like that but it's a fairly large house of under 25 y/o's so sometimes people finish work late and socialise loudly and ect.
What you'll get is a decent sized room (unfurnished, but can supply a bed if need be & a desk too) in a nice big house full of easy going cool people who often hang out together so it's pretty friendly here. All this for way under market value at $160 a week (waay cheaper than anywhere!) bills are not inc but are water/electricity/gas and work out to be around $175 to $250 every 4 months (less than $10 a week).
Minimum stay is 3 months!!!
Also a few people here are gay or smoke weed in common areas so if you have any problems with either of these things you might want to give this place a miss.
