Room is a double room and has built in robes, and the person in question would have their own bathroom, which is not adjacent to the room, but is ensuite like in size/function.
House is newly fitted and is furnished (so it would suit someone looking for a fully furnished home), although with a flatmate moving out there is also room to bring furniture (particularly a television and couch), and there is a double lock up garage that has plenty of room if you need to store anything.
House has reverse cycle aircon, dishwasher, security alarm, high speed DSL, connection for Foxtel (although Foxtel currently not on), and a small herb and veggie garden on the deck
Walking distance to Union Road, which has the full compliment of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and services.
I'm a friendly, professionally employed woman in my early thirties, who doesn't smoke and has two cats, who are mostly outside, but in winter will look for cuddles. Enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle. I'm looking to share with someone in a similar situation |
