My name is Tyler, my partner is Suzanne... we are both 30y/o, self-employed and are looking for new housemates at the moment!
This is an amazing house! 5 stories, rooftop terrace, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, heating/ac, internet, washing, dishwasher, 2 balcanies, 5 minutes to shops, transit and bars.
The medium sized room we have is available right away for $350 per week, if you have your own furniture that's fine :) Bond would be $350 and bills are split quarterly between 3-5 people depending on the time of year. We have another couple living here but they are gone traveling for awhile now.
We are very easy going people, love to have a good time, have a few drinks, socialize, relax and chill, etc... we have our own busy lifestyles but always make time to catch up.
