Double room available in bright spacious three-bed penthouse apartment in Woolloomooloo, four mins from Kings Cross Station and bus links. The room comes with built-in wardrobes and has direct access onto the privately owned roof terrace (15M x 5M) on one side. The opposite roof terrace (accessible from the lounge) has great views of the city / opera house and harbour bridge.
The apartment also provides access to a shared 25m swimming pool & sauna. Off and on street parking is available.
You will be living with two professional English guys in their early 30s who have lived in the apartment for 3 years. We’re looking for an easy going housemate and ideally you’ll have your own busy life but would also be up for a few beers with us and our mates sometimes.
Room is available from w/c 24th June and rent is $340 pw. Come round and have a look! |
