| Room available in double story, 2 bedroom apartment on Smith St, Kensington. Less than a 5 min walk to Kensington station and the no. 57 tram on Racecourse Rd. Plenty of on street parking available with no permit needed.
A little about myself. I am a female in mid 20s working full time in the city. I'm pretty quiet during the week but am happy to have a few drinks and some fun on the weekend. I am looking for someone who is preferably working full time or studying and earning a steady income. Need to be reasonably clean and respectful of others. I am yet to finish furnishing the lounge and dining areas so any additions are welcome.
