| Detailed Description |
| This is going to be a big description, but its easier to tell you everything and then whatever questions you have left you can just ask :)
My house in Mitcham features; timber floorboards throughout, lounge room, large kitchen (electric stove), laundry with washing machine, bathroom, separate toilet and rear yard. There is plenty of street parking and it is in a quiet leafy street. Within walking distance to Coles, bus stops, restaurants, take away food, 10 minute walk to Mitcham station and is close to a few nice parks and tennis courts.
I'm looking for a fun, friendly, tidy person to share my house with me. I would prefer someone that I get along with/share interests with so it is a positive household, rather than someone who just sits in their room all the time.
Please note this room is available subject to you going on the lease after a months trial period, you are able to go off the lease at any time but with a months notice.
Rent is to be paid in advance on the 30th of each month which is direct debited from my bank account by the real estate. For example if you were to move in on the 30th June, you would pay $652 on the 30th June for the month of July plus bond of $652. Bills are to be split evenly when they come in the mail (This includes gas, electricity and water) Internet is $20 a month each (paid on the 30th of each month) which is direct debited out of my bank account. - Please note this internet unfortnuately is not unlimited so you won't be able to go crazy insane on the downloads.
A bit about me -
My name is Simone. I'm a fun friendly 25 year old and I work full time, do volunteer beach lifesaving in my spare time during summer, I have a black cat named Sabbath, I love hanging out with friends, movie nights, going live music/shows (soundwave, BDO, GTM, small gigs etc) having beers on the weekend and I really can't wait for the snow season at Mt Hotham.
My house isn't really a big party house, but as much as I love nights in I do love the good night out everyone once in a while. I have a pretty easy going personality, I'm not a high maintanence girl and you probably won't hear too many complaints from me.
I'm happy to share expenses general shopping for around the house - tea, coffee, bread, toilet paper etc
I've lived out of home since 2006 and am pretty on par with being a good housemate. All I am ask from you is to respect the house/ground rules, clean up after yourself, pay bills/rent on time and have a good positive attitude.
