| We are a married couple, she works interstate, but travels home regularly. We have a room to rent, built in robe, double bed ensemble if you need it. A high set timber, colonial/ federation look, but built in the 90's, high set on an acre. Lots of trees and quiet area. There are 2 dogs on the property, not inside dogs, well ok, sometimes they sneak in, but generally they are outside, 2 budgies as well. There is 1 shared bathroom with a separate toilet/powder room. No air con, not needed as it is a naturally cool house in Summer. There is a combustion heater for winter. the kitchen is available for your use 24/7 and if you want your own fridge, a small bar fridge is available for use. Internet is available through a wi-fi wireless modem. The laundry has front loader washer and dryer with an undercover clothes line on the back verandah. Local shops and service station are a 10 minute walk away, with Woolworths at Karalee a 4km drive. |
