| House is a 5-10mins drive to Monash University. ~25min walk to Glen Waverley train station and only ~5min walk to Springvale road where this is plenty of buses available.
House is really nice and well kept. Very spacious common areas. Plenty of common furniture and kitchen stuff provided. Welcome to bring your own if we can fit it or store it in the shed / garage.
Room is big enough to fit a double / queen bed and a few other bedroom furniture items. Also has built in wardrobe.
You'll be sharing the 4 bedroom house with myself (Kurt) and Doug. I'm 28 years old and in IT support, I'm out most nights playing sport. Am pretty social and am out with friends a bit, sometimes have people over (weekends). I'm into cars, PC's, tech, and gaming. Doug is a 25 year old Mechanical Engineer. He has a motorbike and keeps fit by running.
We both work fulltime. We get along very well and are pretty laid back. Both neat and tidy. Looking for someone who we get along with and can have a chat or social drink with.
