| This unit is not my primary living address. I use the small room and washing machine about 10 hours per week. This is why your rent includes the water bill and 1/4 electricity. The unit is in a quiet court, very close to Pakington st. and Shannon Avenue shops, train, a bus stop and the Waterfront. The spare room has a new vertical blind, double bed, built in robe, a flat screen TV and one set of draws, unless you wish to bring your own furniture. The kitchen, for your use, has a bench table, microwave, fridge, brand new oven, bar fridge and new tiles, bench and double sink. All of the cupboard space will be for you. There is a a table for more formal dinning in the lounge area. and two couches as well unless you wish to bring your own furniture. The new washing machine is in the laundry which is also the bathroom which has a laundry sink and a new vanity as well as shower. I maintain the garden, keep the house clean and pay bills with rent money which you can pay once a week $230.
My home is new to me too so just like to live with company. I know the kitchen is big and I'm putting in a newish one. The bathroom is not too old fashioned. I'll put a washing machine in the laundry and a fridge and microwave (maybe x2) in the kitchen and a comfy couch and tv in the lounge. I can deck your room out with a wardrobe and a bed if you can not bring your own too. The place has a huge back yard and a shed, is set well off any busy roads and is very close to Waterworld. Catch is I'm not ready for you to have a look until the end of April and to move in until mid May.
I hope either place is what you are looking for. My place may suit a female more than a male and I will not want a smoker living with me. I am a student, love being out and about and don't have visitors much. My previous tenants have stayed between 4 and 12 mths. I would not put any time line on your stay... no minimum.. so you can go if you have found something better or stay maximum 6-12 mths with me :-) All the best in your search and I hope to hear from you. |
