| One room to rent in a sunny and spacious apartment in Wollstonecraft. There are currently three guys (aged 25-29) living in the premises in a quiet area within close walking distance to the train station.
The three long-term room mates are very sociable while also respectful of others in the house. We often cook meals together and share a beer or glass of wine after a long day at work. It's not a party house but we are not shy from having a good time.
Rent amount includes everything the household needs to survive. This includes hi-speed internet, bathroom essentials, household cleaning products, laundry powder and light globes etc.
