| Hi there! My name's Bec and I'm looking for a housemate to join the apartment I rent with another guy named Bryce. He's 20 and I'm 22 and we're looking for someone to move into our clean, modern and stylish Bowen Hills apartment within the Mews Building complex on Campbell St!
A little about the room: Main bedroom with ensuit included, would be $220 per week for an individual but $250 for a couple (to cover extra living costs) and bills would be electricity and internet but that's it. The room is spacious, there is a desk included, heaps of powerpoints, it's nice and clean and the bathroom is of decent sizing!
The apartment has a dryer, washing machine and balcony overlooking ponds and greenery. There is a pool and gym within the complex too! Super close to RBWH bus station, a fifteen minute walk to the Valley and you'd be sharing with two neat, friendly and sociable people who enjoy a laugh every now and again.
