| I am looking for someone to rent out the larger,most beautiful, spare room in my apartment, FOR MINIMUM 6 MONTHS.
Built in wardrobe, tv and bedside tables and bed, the rest of the house is nicely furnished too.
Perfect for a couple, or someone who is willing to pay for a quality room in the city. $425 per week
$1000 bond required.
Umlimited internet and electricy bills come to about $150 per person every 3 months.
Work references required.
The apartment complex has a pool, spa, sauna, gym and 24 hour security.
THE ROOM HAS OUTSTANDING CITY VIEWS.
