| big sunny room in the heart of St Kilda (Burnett St) available now. The room is unfurnished but you can take over the small wardrobe my flat mate has been using.
Unlimited Internet access and bills are included in the $220 per week. (+ $500 bond when you move in)
Plus there is a huge rooftop with a great view of the bay and Luna park. and a garden...and a BBQ...
I'm looking for someone around 30, clean, social and non smoker only please. Please no travellers, I'd like to find someone for at least 3months.
I'm 33, a full time gymnastics coach, love to go out, meet people, play improv theatre, have red wine and a good time. St Kilda is great for going out and the beach is close!
I'd like to find someone who is also working full time and can be trusted to clean up after themselves :-)
