| My name is Odette I am a professional female in my mid 20's and I am looking for a professional person (preferably a female) who is clean and tidy. The room I have available is in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom modern apartment in a security accessed building. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are also laundry facilities in the unit. The only furniture you require will be for your bedroom.
The apartment is situated in a great location being on Newland Street, Bondi Junction across from Bondi Junction Westfield Shopping Centre and Bronte Road bars and cafes. The apartment is also a quick 3 minute walk to the Bondi Junction train and bus stations and a 10 minute walk to Bondi Beach.
The room is available from Monday 18 March.
The rent is $340.00 per week + 4 x weeks bond + utility bills. (No Couples)
