| I am a very young mid 30's professional male, very neat, respectful, single and generally just a nice person who is pretty easy to get along with. I work pretty hard with long hours during the week and early starts but like to have fun on the weekends and love to cook when I get the chance. I am looking for a fun loving female to share this fantastic 1st floor beachfront apartment with. Close to Bay Street Restaurants, Cafes & Pubs with easy access to public transport (all walking distance). Situated in the quiet Beacon Cove area of Port Melbourne right next to Princess Pier, the apartment has beach views from every room including yours.. This is a beautiful apartment to share. The building is very secure with an underground car park & FOB access, swimming pool and best of all direct beach access. The Apartment is fully furnished accept for your room (but furniture can be arranged if required), comes with your own bathroom and your room has direct access to the large balcony overlooking the beach. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment separated by the living area so there is plenty of privacy. Great location, great room! Looking for a neat, respectful female to move into my roomy apartment, either for short, or long term! (preferably long term), I look forward to meeting you. Cheers Gary. |
