| Our home is 3bdrm, 2bath and we are looking to rent our two back rooms - together or separately - at $125pw each.
The rooms share the master bathroom and toilet, as well as a sitting room... altogether comprising half of the house. Ideally one tenant, renting both back rooms - you have the entire back half of the house as bedroom, bathroom, office or second room, and sitting room.
Large, private backyard filled with large trees and numerous birds. Very safe and quiet dead-end street on the border of city and country. Shops are 3min drive away, train station about 4mins. Monash Freeway is about 4mins away.
Dave is Mauritian-born and I am Aussie. Both mid-30s, unmarried. We live with our incredibly beautiful cat, Griffin. Gentle disposition and loving member of our family, we would ideally love to live with a cat-lover!
Vegetarian or Vegan preferred - the smell of cooking meat is not very appealing for a Vegan! Dave is not Vegan, however: he limits the cooking of meats to when I'm away.
We have a projector for TV/movies, cable wireless internet, and provide endless hours of great conversation! We look forward to hearing from you! :) |
