| Hello,
I am looking for a house mate to share a fairly new two story house in Sydenham this coming April. Rent will be $160p/w with split bills and some bond. There are two rooms and a bathroom upstairs for your own use. House is closely located to Water Gardens shopping centre (within walking distance) which contains a train station for anyone needing public transport. The house itself is fairly spacious. It contains:
*Kitchen, living and dining area
*Laundry with toilet attached
*One car garage
*Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, and an en suite downstairs
*Backyard
*Split system air-con
I am looking for a responsible, easy going and reliable house mate (preferably male) to share this house. Must have a full time job and is between the ages of 18-35. Since the house is quite big and the bedrooms are located away from each other, you will easily have your own personal space.
I am a very easy going, responsible and reliable female (in my 20s) with a full time job. I am a non smoker. |
