| ME:
I am an easy going 30 year old female professional who likes to socialise and entertain at times but well past the crazy party stages. I like to spend time with my friends and family and I enjoy keeping fit and healthy.
YOU:
I am looking to rent out my 2nd bedroom to a mature minded person between 20 and 35, non-smoker, full time professional or full time student. They would be reliable, respectful and honest, self sufficient, neat and tidy. And of course it is a bonus if they are easy going, friendly and fun: D
THE PLACE:
This is a ground floor apartment on Bourke Rd.
Literally 4 mins walk to the train station (Glen Waverly Line), the entrance to the Monash freeway is also the same distance.
Close to tram services on High St, Malvern Rd, Wattletree Rd and Glenferie Rd.
Only 5km from Chadstone Shopping centre and an even shorter distance to Monash Caulfield.
There is on Street parking available with no time restrictions.
THE ROOM:
The room comes furnished with a single bed and dressing table. There is a built in wardrobe and ample natural sunlight. The room fronts Burke Rd traffic so may not suit very light sleepers (however no one has had an issue with this in the past)
The RENT
Rent is $230 per week and this includes all bills
