I'm looking for a roommate who is compatible with my lifestyle. I'm an independent woman in my early 30's who enjoys a quiet peaceful lifestyle. I'm an Australian Citizen who was born in Taipei. I work full time and also study part time. I enjoy a lot of things in life such as traveling, a good laugh with friends, food, outdoor activities and hanging out with friends. I'm a Christian who believes in God and have a big heart for people. I respect people and I am a pretty tolerant person. My interpretation about myself is a happy, responsible, loving and fair person. So, if you are the same type of person please don't hesitate.I'd like to hear from you.
Now about the Townhouse and facilities:
I have two newly decorated airconditioned rooms available now. One is double bed ($135 pw) and one is single bed ($120 pw). This price includes full access to wifi unlimited internet and all utilities but excludes airconditioning - ( I need to work out bill share first). Two rooms are currently furnished and have built in double wardrobe, desk, chair and a display unit. All rooms are located upstairs which is separate from living area downstairs. Good thing about this house is we have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a nice roomy courtyard.
