| 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom tidy townhouse. If you have a small car can have use of the garage (once previous flatmate's gear have been moved) otherwise there is visitors car parks available.
The house is furnished, though I am happy to move it around to accommodate yours. The room however is not furnished.
I keep to myself but happy to have company, I enjoy cooking, movies, wine, & working out. I think of myself as relaxed, easy going & open minded. My home is my oasis so mostly I head out to catch up with friends, though I'm not against having friends over occasionally.
The rent is split down the middle + utilities totaling $200 per week. If a couple were to move in, rent would divided by 3 + utilities totaling $290 per week. However car parking will become difficult if you have 2 cars.
