| hello.
My name is Ben. Im 27, currently working in design for a fashion house, and studying at rmit at the same time.
im looking for a 3-5 bedroom fitzroy/north fitzroy/collingwood house with potentially creative types for 12 months minimum.
I can come with everything as im leaving my one bedroom apartment. So if you're looking for a big leather couch with chaise, LED tv, beautiful wooden bench style dinning table, bbq, front loading washer and dryer etc etc you're looking at the right boy. otherwise i can see what i can fit or offload.
im available from now and im always perfect with money. Bills, cleaning, bond, rent, food, everything... im on the ball.
i like going out for drinks and dinner. like my bike. like sustainability. like music. like excercise. like animals. like language. i like seeing and doing new things. im very easy going. i enjoy people.
i'ld like to live in a house where im part of the house, but have my own space. im quite active and social however I do enjoy my down time, especially for sewing/design time.
I can easily live with corporate (being my background law/business) or creative types.
im vegetarian (pescatarian) however carnivores no problem.
