| A fairly large and high-ceilinged house with a lounge-room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The house is extremely close to the train station, but not close enough be be disturbed by the trains. With only a 13 min train trip to the city and about 5 minutes from Newtown this house is in an ideal location.
The house is on a quiet street and also includes off-street parking. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, however there is also plenty of storage room. There is also an outside grass area that is sunny and ideal for BBQs.
Large master bedroom with an attached sunroom. High ceiling and wooden floorboards bedroom is located upstairs away from the lounge-room & kitchen. Includes a wardrobe and can be provided with a desk and other furniture. Has plenty of room for your bed, table, wardrobe and still plenty of space to move.
Other than rent, electricity/gas bills are paid quarterly when they arrive. It is also $20 monthly for unlimited internet.
You will be sharing with two males in their 20s. We both work full-time in the city with regular 9-5 jobs. We are both quite easygoing, easy to get along with and are a fan of a social night out or just a quiet night at home.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a good movie or drinks at the pub but we are also happy to respect your space and privacy. It would be great to have someone who is friendly and sociable but also easygoing.
We enjoy casual stuff like music, movies, BBQ, night at the pub, nights out, nights in and even just sitting down with a drink.
