Large house with plenty of character and huge kitchen and spacious living areas. Front and back yards with outdoor setting, large umbrellas and double garage with some storage. Air con, central heating and 3 fireplaces. House is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. Unlimited wi-fi and all bills split evenly. 400m from tram stop
You will be living with two easy going males. One airline pilot the other working in hospitality. We are laid back, respectful, clean, get along with nearly everyone and appreciate a good sense of humor. We enjoy cooking, socialising and catching up over a drink from time to time.
The large room is huge and has an enormous BIR with plenty of storage. This room is currently not available till April. $200pw neg.
