| Spacious apartment at hotham st St kilda east . ( Near alma road intersection ) The room is to share. is emty but can provide a bed, small table if required ) The room does not have a ward robe but their is plenty of cupbopard space in the hall way.
The Bus stop is located at front door and Tram 5 & 64 is accessible about 10 mins walk. Balacava station is 5 mins drive or 20+ mins walk. Chapel street precint and Malvern central shopping centre is also 5 mins drive.
Parking space is negotiable.
I am male 35+ I am a social drinker, non smoker and not a party person. I enjoyed Arts, Art House Movies, Scenic drives, cafe and restaurant and the outdoor.
Ideal house mate will be someone who is tidy, health conscious, non smoker, quiet , respectfull, honest and independent.
