Preferably someone who is quiet and respects the privacy of others whilst also likes to chitchat every so often.If you are a student and just needs a place to study without having to worry about bills or noise from other tenants, this is the perfect place for you! Ideal candidate must also love cat as I have an indoor nice cat that stays with me.
House is fully furnished with a massive 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave, air cooler, all kitchen appliances, dining area and quiet private courtyard.
