Looking for a very quiet, friendly and tidy female who is after a quiet place close to uni to study and consider home. Preferably someone who is quiet and respects the privacy of others whilst also likes to chitchat every so often.If you are a student and just needs a place to study without having to worry about bills or noise from other tenants, this is the perfect place for you! Ideal candidate must also love cat as I have an indoor nice cat that stays with me.
House is fully furnished with a massive 2 door fridge/freezer, microwave, air cooler, all kitchen appliances, dining area and quiet private courtyard.
Rent includes all bills(water, electricity, gas and unlimited ADSL2+)
