| Hi, I am a 32 year old professional with a room for lease. I am neat and tidy and pretty easy going. Would love to share with someone who is fun and tidy too, but also a professional who needs their own space.
The house is fully furnished, except for the spare bedroom (which is for lease), however I can make room for your furniture too. The house has a separate living room, dining room so it is a good size for two people.
I have a 5 year old dog who is very well trained and so please only apply if you love dogs! She will be your best friend too!
The house is in good condition with a big backyard and close to public transport (train, tram and bus) so suitable if you don't have your own car. I go to the gym, walk the dog and keep pretty busy during the week. Would love someone who has a sense of humour and is upfront and honest.
