| Hi everyone, we are looking to fill our third double bedroom in our ground floor flat in cremorne. **this is a short term lease until April 29th** Move in date 4th Feb. the apartment and bedroom is fully furnished, based a 5 min walk from the ferry, 5 min walk from military rd to all the shops, restaurants, wine bars, pubs and clubs. A short bus or walk to balmoral beach and Mosman.... Only 10 min bus ride to wynard, Cbd. My boyfriend and I currently occupy the master bedroom (age 26 and 29) with the second bedroom rented by a Kiwi age 30. We all like sport, the guys more so, especially rugby. I go for runs but only because i love my food too much to give it up! We chill in during the week and enjoy a few bevvy's in or out. Nice modern L shaped kitchen for the boyfriend to show off and shame my cooking skills... Open space huge living area with 2 big courtyards. This place is to feel like your home, any questions please email me, we are free for any meet and greet and viewings throughout the next week.
