| Hi,
My name is Will, and i'm just emailing you to express an interest in the room you have for rent in Stanmore. I guess i'll start by telling you a little about myself; I am 24 years old, and am currently working full-time as a social worker/community worker and casual as a Climb Leader on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I really enjoy cooking, socialising with friends, reading and being generally active when it comes to my health. I'm looking for roommates that will enjoy my company from time to time and vice versa. I consider myself to be very responsible and reliable when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance of household duties as well as focused on my professional career. I'm currently looking for a new place, as i'm finding the commute to both my jobs incredibly difficult as well as time consuming.
