| I have 2 rooms to rent in Leichhardt one for $230 and one for a bit less. It's a semi-detached 3 bedroom house with polished floors & tiled kitchen / dining room & 1 big sized bathroom with internal laundry. The house has a good sized courtyard, which is great for entertaining.
The bedrooms are unfurnished. You're welcome to bring some stuff for the rest of the house with you. The neighbourhood is great, very safe and friendly. The house is in a great location, 5 minute walk to bus stop taking you into the CBD & 10 minute walk to cafes/restaurants in Norton Street. Claude's Cafe is 5 doors along from us! If you like keeping fit I'm only a 5 minute walk from Iron Cove Bay (7 km walk/run around the bay - pics attached FYI).
A bit about me - I'm a full time working guy in 30s. Very easy going and I enjoy sharing a meal and a drink and a chat every now and then... I'm looking for fun and friendly housemates..!
