A suitable housemate would include someone who is clean, mature and respectful of others belongings and who can keep the peace in what I pride myself as being a friendly household. The occasional social and civil gatherings are welcome, but by no means is this a "party" house. Ideally prefer someone who has a personality but who also is reliable with paying rent/bills on time.
